This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     At 8:00 am, the Vice President went to JMR Museum in Naga City for the Jesse M. Robredo Day to commemorate his 7thdeath anniversary. Part of the event was the ribbon cutting ceremony of “Jesse’s Portraits” Special Exhibit by the Salingoy Art Group.

    At 3:00 pm, she led the turnover of sewing machines and Ahon Laylayan Koalisyon Pasalamat Event at Vista Al Mayon Washington Drive Legazpi City, Albay. Five sewing machines were turned over to the Island Weaver’s Association in Bacacay Albay. The association was organized by Bacacay Municipal Women’s Federation under the leadership of the late Mrs. Nelia Ibarra.
