At 10:00 am, the Vice President attended Ika-3 Anibersaryo ng Alliance of People’s Organizations Along Manggahan Floodway (APOAMF): LRB Manggahan Residencesin Brgy. Sta. Lucia, Pasig City. The APOAMF is part of an estimated 6,700 Informal Settler Families (ISFs) occupying the east and west embankments of Manggahan Floodway.

In her message, the Vice President talked about the significance of People’s Plan. It creates a sense of ownership among the people, which contributes to the project’s sustainability.
