Continued trust from Pinoys inspires VP Leni’s work for the poor — spokesman

The camp of Vice President Leni Robredo welcomed the results of the latest Pulse Asia survey, which showed that majority of the Filipinos remain appreciative of her service.

“Nagpapasalamat kami sa lahat ng ating mga kababayan para sa patuloy nilang pagtiwala at pagsuporta kay VP Leni,” her spokesperson Barry Gutierrez said in a statement on Friday.

Gutierrez said VP Leni’s standing in the latest survey would serve as an inspiration for her to better serve the people and give voice to those in the fringes.

“Muli itong magsisilbing inspirasyon na lalong pagbutihin ang paglilingkod at pagbibigay boses sa ating mga kapwa Pilipino, lalo na doon sa mga nasa laylayan ng lipunan,” he added.

The latest poll results show that VP Leni continues to enjoy majority approval and trust ratings in most geographic areas and in all classes.

Based on the survey, held December 14 to 21 last year, VP Leni obtained a performance rating of 62 percent—1 percentage point higher than September 2018.

The Vice President also got a 56-percent trust rating, similar to her score from the previous quarter.
