This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline.     Meeting with Aklan LGU Officials

    The Vice President met with LGU Officials to discuss local issues and concerns.  Thereafter, the Vice President had a meet and greet with several local officials from the Province of Aklan.  

    Visit to Ati Community in Boracay

    The Vice President met with members of the Ati Community, Indigenous Peoples, who has been fighting to stop their force eviction from their ancestral land.  

    Boracay Multi-Sectoral Assembly

    The Vice President met with sectoral groups including business owners, sailboat operators, standup paddle board operators, women’s cooperative, vendors, masseuse, hair braiders, fisherfolk, water sports association, senior citizens, food and beverage association, kiteboarders, and muslim association, to discuss the Boracay Island Development Authority Bill.  

    Visit to Antique Provincial Capitol

    The LGU Officials conducted a briefing on the situational background of the LGU including local issues and concerns. Thereafter, the Vice President had a meet and greet with several local officials from the Province of Antique.
