This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline.     At 9:00 am, the Vice President attended the Camp Pag-ibig Project in Pili Park, Naga City, Camarines Sur. Camp Pag-ibig was the first special education day camp that was held in Naga City. The theme for the camp was “Kugos nin Pagkamoot”. It was organized by the Office of the Vice President in collaboration with the Department of Education’s Naga City Division, Junior Chamber International (JCI) Naga Cariñosa, Naga City LGU, City Welfare and Development (CWD), Person with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO), Resource Center for the Blind (RCB), Haciendas de Naga,and Gualandi School for the Deaf. The camp aimed to provide PWDs and their families an avenue to bond and build friendships with people from different communities in Camarines Sur.
