This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     Question: Ano po iyong directive sa inyo ni Vice President?

    Raffy: Simula pa po… Bago pa po pumasok ang bagyo, si Vice President Leni nagpatawag na siya ng coordination meeting sa lahat ng staff involved sa relief operations sa OVP to conduct initial assessment sa mga damaged areas in coordination with local barangays and local government units.

    Bago pa pumasok yung bagyo naka-set up na iyong response team ni VP Leni dito sa Naga. Waiting na lang po sa assessment na nakukuha sa ground.

    Question: With all the bashing po na nakukuha sa social media, ano po iyong focus natin?

    Raffy: Ang focus natin is to get reports from the ground to help augment the efforts of local government units, NDRRMC, DSWD.

    Di natin muna pinapansin iyon dahil kailangang mag-focus sa trabaho.

    Question: Hindi pinapansin iyong?

    Raffy: Iyong mga pam-babash, other issues kasi alam naman natin ang kailangang bigyan ng focus ngayon.

    Question: Bakit dito sa bahay?

    Raffy: Hindi kasi kasya sa district office. Iyon lang naman ang sagot doon. Wala talagang space, [dito] kasi may garahe.
