This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     At 8:30 am, the Vice President administered the oath of newly-elected officials from Libmanan, Camarines Sur and Bauang, La Union at the Quezon City Reception House.

    At 9:00 am, the Vice President was on air for the weekly one-hour program, BISErbisyong Leni on RMN-DZXL with Ely Saludar. For this episode, thy interviewed Nany Fely Samonte, the subject of the short film ‘Litratista’ from Istorya ng Pag-asa Film Festival 2019. As a single mother who had to provide for her seven children, Nanay Fely worked several odd jobs before finding work in a photography studio during the 60s. It was her natural curiosity and drive to provide for her children that led her to learn how to become a photographer.
