This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline.     Manila Water, VP Leni Bring Water to Quake Victims in Batangas

    Manila Water Foundation, one of the Office of the Vice President’s Angat Buhay partner, donates 600 5L-bottled water to earthquake victims in Mabini, Batangas Monday morning.

    During a meeting with Mayor Noel Luistro, the OVP also pledged to give 1,400 food packs to the municipality and to continue to coordinate with its development partners to help the efforts of the local government.

    The OVP and the Mabini LGU also launched a drive to provide tents, blankets, and beddings for families who are too afraid to return to their homes.

    A state of calamity was declared Sunday in Mabini, Batangas after two quakes jolted the town Saturday afternoon. The first one, a magnitude 5.7 at 3:08 p.m., followed by a magnitude 5.9.
