This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     At 3:30 pm, the Vice President was called on by Atty. Claire Navarro Espina in the Quezon City Reception House (QCRH). Atty. Claire is the Resident Legal Counsel of Los Angeles-based Filipino American Symphony Orchestra (FASO). They discussed the Vice President’s donation to Xavier University’s Tabang Marawi Shelter Project and explored how they will be able to contribute more to Angat Buhay.

    At 4:30 pm, the Vice President proceeded to administer the oath taking of officers of Philippine Karatedo League, Inc. (PKL) in QCRH. PKL was established in 1994 by Mr. Shihan Dennis Q. Aquino, former City Sports Development Director of Santa Rosa, Laguna. It is the largest multi-style karate league in the country with more than 45 branches nationwide. It regularly organizes tournaments (both local and international), summer training camps, seminars, and youth development karate clinic; and sends athletes to international tournaments and seminars.
