This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Robredo, Ma'am; the Superintendent of this campus– the campuses, Attorney Jamaloden A. Basar; school officials, faculty and staff; visitors in this venue; a pleasant morning to everyone.

    Republic Act 10931 known as the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act, signed into law in August 2017, providing our unprivileged Filipino students the opportunity to pursue college education through the free tuition of fees for all state universities and colleges. My question is, aside from this free tuition fee, what are your plans in helping more the students to become more productive citizens of this country? Thank you po.

    CATALINA REQUINA: My courtesies to our Vice President for the Republic of the Philippines; our Campus Superintendent; our key officials at the presidential table; guest, visitors, and friends. In behalf of the faculty or teachers sectors of the academe, may we know your plans of augmenting the benefits and welfare of our teachers, especially nowadays that we are confronting with the worldwide pandemic, and despite all these, we still insist to continue serving our studentry and the country.
