This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline.     At 9:00 am, the Vice President had an interview for Rappler Talkwith Mara Cepeda. Rappler Talk is a short online video series featuring news and entertainment stories. It has recently featured the likes of former Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno and Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Director General Oscar Albayalde.

    At 10:30 am, the Vice President had a farewell call with Mr. Klaus Beck, a Country Representative of United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). UNFPA is an Angat Buhay partner for its women empowerment advocacy. The Babaenihan Campaign is a joint project between the Office of the Vice President (OVP) and the UNFPA. One of the goals of the program is to strengthen the evidence base for local government units work and sharing of good practices on reproductive health and gender-based violence.
