This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     Statement of VP Leni on Housing

    We support President Rodrigo Duterte’s statement regarding the importance of relocatable, safe, and sustainable housing for Filipinos, who are to be relocated.

    We believe in advocating for the dignity of those who are relocated, and that necessitates houses that have connections to electrical lines and have running water. Moreover, relocation sites should also be areas where residents may have livelihood options and have access to jobs and schools.

    We have long worked with families and communities on this advocacy, as many have previously been relocated to inhabitable and unsustainable areas.

    We shall try our best to achieve this goal as HUDCC Chair.
