This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. Vice President Leni Robredo at the Comelec PiliPinas Presidential Debate
The Comelec PiliPinas Presidential Debates 2022: The Turning Point Part 2

    [START]

Yes or no? Why or why not?

LUCHI CRUZ-VALDES: Alright. And your turn to answer is now, VP Robredo. Your 90 seconds begins.

'Yung pangalawa, 'yung transportation.

Pangatlo, 'yung water resource management.

Pang-apat, 'yung climate resilient infrastructure.

LUCHI CRUZ-VALDES: Alright at this point, the floor is open for rebuttals. Go ahead sir, you have 30 seconds for your question.

LUCHI CRUZ-VALDES: VP you have 30 seconds to answer.

Farm to market roads?

LUCHI CRUZ-VALDES: Senator VP? Sorry, VP Leni.
