This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. A guide to understanding and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is available at: https://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/

VP Leni says her Health Secretary will be an expert respected by peers:

"Dahil may respeto ang kanyang mga peers sa kanya ay susundin siya,nakaka-command yung leadership"

She did not name who her Health Secretary would be if she won the May 2022 Presidential elections. But Vice President Leni Robredo listed four main qualities she was looking for during the CNN Philippines 2022 Presidential Debate.

“Hindi ko po papangalanan, pero sigurado na ang Health Secretary, number 1, expert in the field; number 2, napakahusay na manager dahil kailangan ito; number 3, respected by his peers or her peers; and number 4, definitely hindi magiging political ‘yung appointment,” Robredo said.

Robredo added the lesson of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic was to have a Department of Health Secretary who could command leadership. "Dahil may respeto ang kanyang mga peers sa kanya ay susundin siya,” she said.

Robredo also highlighted how crucial for that person to be unafraid to be on the field when needed. "Ang kahalagahan po ng leadership na ito extends hindi lang kung yung kaalaman sa health pero yung kahandaan na sumabak sa ground. Siya mismo ang manguna."

Robredo expected the same of herself, saying: “In every crisis, ako po mismo ang mangunguna" if elected president.

She said: "Nakita po natin during the pandemic, na kailagan talaga natin ng isang pangulo na nagli-lead from the front. Hindi po pwede ito na naghihintay lang ako ng reports. Kailangan ako po mismo nakakalaalam ng lahat ng nangyayari on the ground kasi wala po tayong panahon to spare during times of emergency."

In a previous question about what she did in the weeks and months after Luzon was placed on Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) on March 16, 2020, netizens on Twitter commented that Robredo was practically doing a "rap" when she answered.

They said one minute and 30 seconds were not enough to list the accomplishments of the Office of The Vice President (OVP).

One tweet said: "Kulang yung 90 seconds, bigyan ng 6 years yannn!!!" [End]
